Rind from the bergamot orange is dried and added to black tea leaves to produce earl grey tea. Being distinctly tangy and malty in flavour, makes it one of the worlds most beloved teas.
Brewing Instructions: Place 1 teaspoon of loose leaf per 200ml cup into teapot or tea infuser, add boiling water, leave for 2-3 minutes, sweeten to taste.
