Rind from the Bergamot Orange is dried and added to black tea leaves to produce Earl Grey tea.
Distinctly tangy and malty in flavour, makes it one of the worlds most beloved teas.

Injidup Earl Grey

  • Place 1 teaspoon of loose leaf per 200ml cup into teapot or tea infuser, add boiling water, leave to infuse for 2 - 3 minutes.
    Add milk if you wish.
