This Masala style black chai is made with a mixture of aromatic spices and is chock full of antioxidants, which produces a rich flavorful cup that is perfectly balanced.

Kilcarnup Chai

  • Place 1 teaspoon of loose leaf per 200ml cup into teapot or tea infuser making sure you get a good mix of the spices, add boiling water, leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes, add honey to sweeten and a splash of your choice of milk, however you like it.
    Stove top method: (makes 2 cups) Place 200ml of water into a saucepan add 2 teaspoons of chai and bring to boil, let simmer for 5 minutes, then add 200ml of milk and let simmer for further 5 minutes.
